Selling price default (materials)
Used by Selling Price / Calculate Material when no mode is entered, and always for employees who can't see supplier cost.

Customer price tiers
Shown on every product card and used by Calculate Material and quotes. Computed on the server from supplier cost, in the sheet's own unit. Employees see these prices but never the cost, rule or profit. Markup: Price = Cost × (1 + m). Gross margin: Price = Cost ÷ (1 − m).
H = Homeowner, C = Contractor — staff screens, customer quotes and PDFs show only the letter (or just “Price”), never the tier name.

Shipping options (customer charges)
Flat charges staff pick by hand in Calculate Material and quotes (default is “No shipping / pickup”). Added to the customer total as its own line — never marked up, not taxed, and not part of supplier cost or profit.
Quote records
Every quote PDF made in the app, saved on the server with its own number and date (regenerated quotes are new revisions, e.g. -R2). Search, download, or share one through any app on this device — nothing is sent by the app itself.
Supplier sheets
Barcode links
Barcodes that aren't on the price sheets, taught by your team. Pending links are only suggestions until you approve them; approved links scan as exact matches ("saved barcode").

Missing products
Products a label names that are on none of your price sheets (added with “Request price sheet” on a “Not in your price sheets” scan). Ask the supplier for a price sheet, then mark it done.
Scanner misses
"Not the right product?" reports from the scanner (no photos are kept). Nothing is learned automatically.
App health
Errors from phones, slow requests (over 1 second), server errors and timeouts, newest first. No prices or customer data are logged.
